Running out of one ordinary thing can stop a job just as effectively as a
broken machine. Towels, gloves, tape, sprayer heads, extraction solution,
trash bags, batteries and drinking water are easy to overlook because none of
them feels important until it is gone.
What do you check at the end of the day or week?
- Which consumables have a minimum quantity?
- What stays in the vehicle and what stays at the shop?
- Do you use a written list, bins, labels or a phone reminder?
- Which cheap spare has saved a job?
- What did you stop carrying because it never earned the space?
