The first warm weekend is not always the start of the season. Salt can still
be on the road, nights can still freeze and customers may wait until the first
stretch of dry weather before booking.

For people working in the Northeast:

- When does demand usually turn?
- Which service starts moving first?
- Do you market salt removal before the weather is stable?
- How far ahead do regular customers book?
- What week looks busy every year and then gets cancelled by weather?

Give a state or general area, not a street or customer location. The point is
to capture how the season really behaves across different parts of the region.
